When we shot a bondage gravure featuring Tanaka Miya, the editorial team was struck by her deep M sensitivity. She earnestly told us, “Being tied with rope and tormented was unbearably embarrassing... but I was happy. I want to experience a deeper world of masochism.” So we prepared a setting to further explore her masochistic desires. On the day of the shoot she became teary just from seeing the implements laid out before her. Simply putting on a collar made her eyes well up and her body tremble.
