My wife, who works part-time at a factory in town, was recently asked by the wife of her part-time coworker Watanabe to take a monitoring job at a smartphone app development company run by an acquaintance. They’re launching a new overseas “sleep app,” and she was asked to be a tester/monitor for it... I, as her husband, laughed and thought it would be fine since she’d get paid.
