About this work

"みかこ", who works at a game company, is put in charge of a VR project. Because the company lacks a competent development programmer, she goes to the home of a male classmate who—while 'hopeless as a person'—had talent for game development. She finds him unemployed and living as a shut‑in/NEET. She then more or less forces him to become her subordinate and rehabilitates him through harsh, spartan scolding and training.
