Japan's southernmost Z Island. Investigator Miwako came alone to this island to follow a string of disappearances of schoolgirls that had occurred on the mainland. She was met by local investigator Oki, but perhaps because of the island's leisurely pace, Oki showed no sign of urgency. As Miwako eagerly begins the investigation, Oki warns her: “This is a dangerous island. You'd be better off listening to me…” With unease lingering from those words, Miwako starts questioning people in the nighttime entertainment district. She could not imagine that, just hours later, she would experience the same terror as the missing girls herself...
