After repeated photo sessions with an extremely popular cosplayer, a dream within a dream of mine came true. We met in summer — countless cosplayers and a throng of camera-obsessed guys. She portrayed 初音○ク more perfectly than anyone else and appeared in the three-dimensional world. I was one of many fans, desperately pointing my camera among the other sweaty men. Then there was a moment when she looked directly at me and gave a gentle smile. I thought she might have been smiling at me personally, not the camera, but I reminded myself not to be mistaken — this sort of thing happens all the time. I calmed myself, regulated my breathing. There was nothing lewd in my intention; I simply wanted to photograph her cosplay more. I wouldn’t demand to have her all to myself — that would be too selfish. Having sorted my feelings, I suddenly found myself talking to her. With a calm, soft smile she readily agreed to a private shoot... After that we had several “shoots” that were really dates. Of course I paid her, but that didn’t matter to me. Her everyday clothes were half cosplay anyway. I was unbearably happy. But each meeting only made my desires grow. I wanted to touch her pale skin that seemed like it could melt away... On the third date she agreed to let me photograph her in a school-swimsuit cosplay (sukumizu). She finished changing and appeared. She was perfect. Once we started shooting I could no longer restrain myself. I reached for the butt and breasts I had always wanted to touch, saying, “I’ll pay five times your usual fee!” I couldn’t stop. She averted her face, embarrassed — “It’s embarrassing...” But soon a soft “nnn...” leaked out, and the wet mark that appeared on the swimsuit was an OK sign to me. Her overall pale coloring and her easily twitching sensitivity — maybe I had slipped into a delusion from a two-dimensional world.
