Ichiro, who had been a grandma's boy, did everything together with his grandmother. His mother died two years ago, and the three of them — his grandmother Sakura, his father, and he — had been living together. To prevent him from feeling unfortunate without his mother, Sakura worked hard at the household chores. To show appreciation for Sakura, his father suggested a trip to a hot spring. Ichiro was happy to be able to live with his grandmother and wanted to be spoiled like he had been before, but as a university student he was troubled by the thought that being spoiled by his grandmother would seem uncool.
