In late autumn, a year had passed since his wife Fusae reached her sixtieth birthday. Her husband Saburo invited Fusae on a long-overdue hot spring trip. It wasn’t that they were on bad terms, but come to think of it, they hadn’t had any private time together as a couple for many years. Entering old age, Saburo was determined to make a modest time for the two of them. Having spent decades together, the two understood each other’s feelings without words… and although they could no longer be as in their youth, they wanted to share more physical intimacy. With that sentiment, they arrived at the ryokan and soaked in the hot spring… and that night their passion flared up.
