About this work

This pick-up area is Akihabara Station! The streets are full of men, making it hard to find beautiful women and the pick-ups stalled. Judging that ordinary girls would be difficult, we focused on Akihabara-style targets — the poster girls from maid cafés and girls' bars — and started approaching them. We called out to girls dressed in cute outfits who were handing out flyers on the street, but were brushed off with excuses like “I’m working… please stop filming” and kept failing. There was a sweet maid girl who listened brightly, but she cleverly declined saying, “For something like this you need the shop’s permission.” Desperate for at least a contact number, we managed to force one out of her… she left with a noncommittal line: “If the shop gives permission I’ll get in touch (lol).” In the end, she was the only one who actually listened that day… Just as night fell and we were about to give up, we got a call from the daytime maid girl… Enjoy the full video!
