After an abnormality was found during a routine checkup, Kanon had to undergo a detailed examination. The staff assigned to her were a sadistic female doctor who loves to see women suffer and a lesbian nurse who adores delicate young women. First, the nurse begins a basic examination. Under the pretext of checking for lumps, she persistently kneads Kanon’s ample breasts and pinches her sensitive nipples to test sexual response. She forces Kanon onto the examination bed on all fours, inserts a Cusco speculum, and shines a light inside the vagina to inspect every corner. Next, Kanon is made to sit naked on an open-leg examination chair to receive an internal genital exam. Her vagina is dilated, and ultimately the nurse inserts her wrist for an internal examination. After the genital inspection is finished and Kanon returns to the hospital room, Nurse S conducts an examination of the anal area. A catheter is inserted into the urethra for forced catheterization. A thermometer is inserted into the anus to take a rectal temperature, then she is given a 1000 cc lukewarm-water enema using an irrigator. Because the doctor wants to check the stool, she is not allowed to use the toilet and is told to use a bedpan; unable to reach it, she violently leaks a large amount of brown watery stool.
