Saya works with her husband in the Metropolitan Security Investigation Division. One day, while investigating a series of chikan incidents on trains, Saya herself is assaulted and fails to catch the ringleader. Devastated at having let the perpetrator escape due to her own mistake, she sinks into despair. However, when interrogating a man they did catch, it becomes clear this is not a simple groping case, and Saya launches a renewed investigation into the chikan ring. Eventually she traces the organization’s headquarters, but inside the men are armed and waiting with Saya’s husband held hostage...
