Narcotics investigator 灘坂舞 had been staking out the drug ring's hideout with a fellow officer for several days, but without evidence of a deal they couldn't move in. Frustrated, 灘坂舞 arrests one of the dealers by reckless means. During the interrogation, the trafficking ring's boss calls and informs her that her colleague has been taken hostage. Following the organization's instructions, she goes alone to rescue him but is captured. While restrained, 灘坂舞 is injected with drugs.
