A lot of people habitually say things like “I want to lose weight” or “I want to have a better figure,” but rather than making wishes a habit, I think it’s much better to make a habit of doing at least one thing toward that ideal. I probably became interested in fashion relatively early because I had an older sister who was a few years older. I read the fashion magazines that were at home from a young age — they had articles about massages and body care, so as a child I got curious and tried various things. Maybe because of that, my chest grew bigger than my sister’s, and I never experienced extreme weight gain during puberty. Especially my breasts — everyone I’ve dated has made me do paizuri (tit job), so I think they developed pretty nicely. I thought healthy, slender models were cute, so I made sure to eat properly and regularly do exercise and stretching, aiming to become like that myself. Of course I’m still careful to maintain and improve my figure. Being closer to my ideal makes me feel more positive, and it’s all good. When I tell my friends about it, they’ll object, saying, “Arisa is amazing! Not everyone could put in that kind of effort!!” But I think it’s much harder to fall apart and then get back in shape than to keep it, and maybe people who go through cycles of gaining and losing weight are the ones really putting in the effort. Or rather, for me it isn’t an effort but part of my lifestyle, so it doesn’t feel like hard work — when people praise my effort I kind of feel apologetic. I honestly enjoy being complimented on my figure, so I hope you’ll enjoy seeing a lot of me — including the sexy parts.
