A lovey-dovey couple living in the apartment next door, full of a happy atmosphere. Every morning, timing their outings with the husband's departure for work, they go out pushing a stroller with their recently born son. This morning as well, the young man next door, Yokoyama, who was casually chatting with the couple, found himself pantingly stealing glances at the wife's plump, pants-clad butt and suddenly realized an important fact: “There’s a child = the husband has definitely creampied her.” That obscene fact sent him into a fierce state of arousal.
