Released January 2023. After seeing Shiomin’s Irama-chio segment on the revived “M Drug,” I was struck by how intense and erotic it was. About six months ago I casually wondered what would happen if we filmed an entire work with Shiomin that relentlessly attacks the deep throat and throat bulge — a pure Irama-chio piece. After shooting a string of extreme works like “black big-cock skewered anal,” “binding,” “enema spray,” and “torture to orgasm while bound,” I’d nearly forgotten about Irama-chio Drug. Then on one set I had a long meeting with Iwasawa, an actor who loves Irama, and we said: “We want to make the strongest full-length Irama-chio work ever with Shiomin — help us.” We gathered the best male cast for the job and decided on an extremely simple structure focused solely on Irama-chio. In my roughly 35 years as an AV director, I think this is the first video that is entirely Irama-chio and concentrates only on attacking the deep throat.
