About this work

The Shadow Zone (シャドーゾーン) gathers Nagēki (ナゲキー, the power of crying) to extinguish the light of the universe and plunge it into darkness. To counter this, the Comet Kingdom's envoy ミュータン sought out the legendary warrior メルピュア from a parallel world. While they fight day after day, executives of the シャドーゾーン lurk nearby to destroy メルピュア from within. Aria's beloved サトウ先生（ウプシロン）, and the fourth メルピュア, シャララ. With allies increasing things seemed to go well, but at last the executives move to annihilate メルピュア. The plot for that annihilation is cleverly devised, and the three are gradually swallowed by darkness. シャララ, who despises アビュール's brightness, poisons アビュール and leads her to ruin; アリア is deceived and captured by サトウ先生; カペラ sacrifices herself to save アビュール and アリア...
